At Fay & Eberly, we believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to estate planning. Different people have unique needs, fears, and assets. Off-the-shelf planning does not take into account these varying factors, and it can result in a plan that does not address one or more of the many complicating factors that people face as they age.
Incapacity, health problems, long-term care, taxes, and estate administration expenses all need to be considered when designing a plan that suits your needs. Because our firm devotes all of its time to matters of estate and Medicaid planning, we have developed both a depth of knowledge in the area, and the ability to distill that information for our clients.
Our philosophy is that we are creating your plan for you; we are not creating our plan for you. We listen to the concerns and issues that you have, and use it to build a plan that meets your individual needs. Of key concern is the fact that you should understand your estate plan, because you are ultimately the one who will live with it. We strive to sit with each client and review their documents and questions until he or she is satisfied that the plan meets their expectations and desires, to the fullest extent possible under the law.
